Reading this article reminded me of this piece of HP collateral I picked up at itSMF about a month ago. At the time I had a good laugh at the seemingly contradictory tag line and corresponding map. "Easy" and that map don't seem to match up.
Earlier today I heard HP already has more than 5000 software SKUs. Imagine adding another layer of CA-CA to this mess.
Finding your way has never been easier only if there is a detour somewhere on that HP map that takes you far away. For instance, SaaS ITSM is a real alternative these days.
