If your company is too cheap to just install an additional Internet connection in the second building, than chances are spending any amount of $$$ for equipment will be out of the question.

The DSL link between the two sites should be a last resort option.

If there is line of site, go point to point wireless. Use the recommended Linksys wireless access point at your own peril. It is a consumer grade device. I wouldn't recommend its use in businesses with 10 or more people.

Easiest thing to do is to break down and purchase an additional Internet connection for the second building. Use the router/firewall there to create a site to site VPN between the two sites.
