Maybe I'm completely in the dark here, but WHY should I spend $299 for someone to tell me that, all of the sudden, YOUNG EMPLOYEES are in charge of how I engineer my tech infrastructure. Just because they text each other incessantly and spend staggering amounts of time on Facebook doesn't mean that I need to make my AR software have a "poke me" tab.
It sounds like the author is confusing recreational technology use with the overall big picture.
It almost sounds like SUPER-FUD engineered to sell an overpriced piece of pseudo-research.
