SharePoint will get a lot of organisation in trouble - trying to manage all the data is akin to managing a paper based filing system. The system does not understand concepts such as 'actors', 'artifacts', 'lifecycle', 'configuration' of structured content and does not have sophisticated workflow. Fine for a small company but a nightmare for a large organisation (don't sack your filing clerks yet)
