Training is like the weather, everybody talks about it, no-one does anything about it!
If you hire a smart, ethical trainable employee, you don't strictly need EVERY skill in the skill set! You can train for one or two, especially the less-frequently used ones. Provided you hired the right person and from the beginning instilled the right expectations!
