Sprint overcharged my small (US) company for over $50,000.00. We caught them doing it and now they refuse to refund the over-payments. You can read the full story at http://www.sprint-really-sucks.com
I also wrote an open letter to Dan Hesse the Chairman and CEO of Sprint Nextel. It is a good read so please consider reading the letter.

You can change the setting of email program to grap up to 100 most recent emails.
You can download Sprint Mobile Desktop Connector on your work PC to push outlook emails to your Instinct phone even if you don't have Outlook Web Access.
You can turn off the tactile feedback if you don't like it.
iPhone FTW
Just got 2.0 firmware on my iPhone.
Guitar tuner
Super monkey ball (and countless other console quality games)
Radio

Remote for iTunes
A piano, bass guitar and other instruments with the ability to record.
And even an app that can listen to any song and tell you the artist, album info etc.
Most apps are free too! The instinct will only be able to dream of doing half the things the iPhone can.
Sent from my iPhone!

Sprint charging over $50k to this guy's business
I find it hard to believe what you said and what your article stated. If it were true, I don't think Sprint or any other carrier would be ignoring you plus you'd get it back after you won your lawsuit.
If you have the docs, they have to pay
I was previously involved in an audit of phone charges at a mid-size corp. We did find that Sprint had overcharged us by about $100K over a couple of years - because they hadn't altered the rates to reflect our newest contract. Once the documentation was in front of them, they paid up.
From my experience, this is not unusual - phone companies don't always get the prices agreed upon actually into effect in their billing departments. This is also true for cancelled services that continue to show up in billing. I don't think Sprint is any worse than the rest of the phone companies. In fact, they may be a little better than AT&T, from what I've seen so far...
Forgot just a couple of things...
An A+ to A- comparison? Seriously? Really?
There are phones besides the Instict that have been out for years that do more than this Samsung. Even Sprint's newest HTC phone can do more.
I'm afraid you fell for a company that is bleeding profits and customers and is putting all its eggs in one basket with a brilliant marketing campaign that customers of Sprint that have never used an iPhone are falling for but few in the industry are.
??? what has this to do with
??? what has this to do with the new instinct?
You've got to be kidding....
I have had an AT&T Tilt since February of 2008 and that phone kicks the lithium out of this Instinct. You should be comparing ANY phone from HTC (Makers of the Tilt, Touch and new Diamond Pro) with theiHateUPhone.
I am also running a "cooked" ROM from XDA Developers that has Win Mobile 6.1 Pro with touchFlo interface (Cube finger nav) and even my old Tilt has HSPDA & 3G, 3M cam and VGA Camcorder, GPS with Google Maps and Live, Opera browser, WMWfiRouter (think making your phone into an Access Point) and Office 2007 , Flash Lite, LiveTV, and on and on....It makes the iPhone look anemic and impotent. It has touch screen, stylus, adn slide out keyboard with auto landscape rotation. Voice Command and Voice announce, MS Live Messanger, Yahoo Mini, Ms PacMan, tetris, and lots of other entertaining stuff. Oh...and the HTC Diamond Pro will have more goodies than mine...
The e-mail application grabs the latest 25 e-mails
The reason for this is that the Outlook web mail page is only 25 lines long. This is the same way that Evolution connects to Exchange to check mail. It is a real annoyance and I hope that MS will open up this protocol soon. (ok stop laughing now)
OWA
you can change the options in OWA to show up to 100 emails (2003 exchange), i wonder if this would then show more on the phone.
