Great analogy of the tent pole! I'll be using (and crediting of course) you with that visual picture which so aptly describes what so many small business owners are facing today. I think that's why companies like the one I work for are realizing that there has to be a central depot for technology answers that still maintains a human touch. A thinking person's technology company. One that doesn't do what your in-laws experienced with Verizon at a time when there was already intense emotional distress.
