Now I see why Intuit doesn't have an easy access Customer Tech link. they are spending all their time on new "stuff". They have software problems on the 2006 QB Pro they never fixed, These are still there even after 2 years. Are they concerned? It doesn't seem they are when you can't ask for help without paying a fee to have them correct basic problems in their programs.
